Steve Braverman is a committed Professional and CEO with over 15 years of experience and success in wealth management, alternative investments, and financial planning across financial services, and banking industries. Along with his executive career, Steve is a member of the Institute for Private Investors (“IPI”) and the Economic Club of New York and sits on the Advisory Board for the Ultra High-Net-Worth (“UNW”) Institute. Steve is a thought leader and regular contributor to the media on a wide range of subjects regarding high-net-worth families, their investment options, challenges and the approach to multigenerational wealth management. He has authored a number of white papers highlighting how families of wealth can think about their investment challenges and opportunities.

Luis Miguel is a long-time Wall Street habitué with successful stints at Citi, JP Morgan and Deutsche in New York.  A multi-time TEDx speaker, startup investor, university professor, and Forbes 30 Under 30 alumnus, he also brings extensive executive experience in private equity, financial technology, capital introduction and donor-funded advisory.  He is the bestselling author of Beyond The Ticker, an industry insider's nuanced look at business and entrepreneurship. In addition, he is a sought after international resource speaker with keynotes delivered to numerous industry conferences and business summits, as well as closed knowledge sharing sessions given to Fortune 500 corporations. An active supporter of Big Red Ventures at his alma mater Cornell University, Luis ( MBA 09')  currently serves on the advisory board of highly curated tech, finance and consultancy startups worldwide. 

SENIOR ADVISER

J.D. Perry founded, and is the President and CEO of ViaCap Partners, the parent company of Moss Point family of companies. Prior to founding Moss Point, he was the President and CEO of JP Global Capital Management (JPGCM), which managed the Troika I Fund, focused on trading currencies using quantitative approaches to portfolio management.  He currently sits on the Executive Committee and is the Chairman of the Business and Investments Committee of Louisiana College and is on the Board of Trustees of Lifeway, a $500 mm revenue retailer, where he is the current Vice Chairman and Chairs the Executive Committee. Mr. Perry is considered an expert in portfolio management, business strategy and has served in the role of expert witness as an authority to that end.

He has an extensive background in corporate finance, regulatory compliance, mergers & acquisitions, and capital markets.

Huseyin is a licensed fund manager both in Malta and Luxembourg. He has substantial board level experience, and has taken on CEO/C-suite roles over a sterling career in the industry. He has specialized in strategic advisory projects with US and EU Institutional entities, and has a far reaching network of  investment banks, law firms, and financial advisors. Has high level credentials in structured finance, risk mitigation, and credit reaction.
